- Allah releases people from the hellfire every night

- To break your fast without a valid excuse is a major sin

- So that Allah may forgive your past sins

- Good deeds are only accepted if the above is met.

- A great thing to do is to feed a person who did fast and thus you will
receive the reward of their fast

- Since good deeds are Multiplied this is the best time to give in charity
and is why many pay their zakat during this time even though it may not
be due

- People lose out by spending their fasting time doing nothing. Allah will ask you how you spent your
fasting time
