Ibn Masood said:
“The Messenger of Allâh
(saw) told me: “Recite to me!” So I
recited Surat an-Nisa’ until I reached: “How
will it be then, when We bring from each nation
a witness, and bring you (O Prophet Muhammad) as a
witness against these people?” (4:41) Then I looked
towards him and behold! I saw that his eyes were
overflowing with tears” (al Bukhârî, Muslim and others)[
