1-2 Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we accept returns as long as the product is still in excellent condition without any damadge and customer pays for postage costs; once item is received we will refund the customer.
1-3 Delivery Times
Delivery times depends on shipping location, on estimate please allow 3 days from processing and 5-7 days delievery for all.
1-4 Faulty and Damaged Items
If you recieve a faulty and damaged item, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
1-5 Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed, you have 24 hours to cancel it if you wish, after 24 hours your cancellation may not be accepted.
1-6 Copyright and Re-Selling Rights
Money raised from these products sold on this site, are put towards our Dawah projects, we would appreciate it if you do not make copies or re-sell without seeking permission from us first, as this would deter people from buying from us if they can buy elsewhere. We welcome selling in bulk if you wish to sell our products in your shops, stalls etc
